Missouri officials reject one-third of signatures in anti-gerrymander referendum dispute
Missouri officials rejected one-third of the 300,000 signatures voters gathered to block the state GOP’s new congressional map. The remaining two-thirds of signatures were deemed valid, and have been submitted to local election officials for further counting.
Referendum organizers are already challenging these rejections in court.
